Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Free U.S. shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Standard U.S. delivery takes 3–7 business days after processing. We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery times are estimates and may be extended during drop launches and holidays.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return period, starting from the day your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Items with tags removed, signs of wear, or opened packaging cannot be accepted.

Limited drop and campaign pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Headwear must be returned in its original condition with stickers and tags intact.

To start a return, contact us through the Contact page with your order number. Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Approved returns are inspected on arrival and refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a return plus a new order so your size isn’t held up while the return is in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
